To celebrate our anniversary my husband and I went to Panciuto in Hillsboro, North Carolina. The meal was amazing, and hands-down the best I’ve had in the Triangle area. We split three small plates: a poached egg in a grape vinegar sauce, a pulled pork pasta dish and a pork chop in a garlic tomato sauce. The flavors in all of them were spot on, neither too subtle, nor too bold, and downright delicious.
If you are local, I highly recommend you get there sooner rather than later.
